What documents will you need of mine to get started?

Similar to other law firms, we will need two pieces of ID such as a Driver’s Licence, Passport or social insurance card. If you already have your Purchase Agreement of Sale, we will ask for that as well.

There will be other documents needed throughout the process but these are a few that we will need at the beginning.

Do I need to use an A Lender?
